This video is for educational purposes only. Attorney, Tom Cryer, won a unanimous NOT GUILTY verdict in federal district court defeating the IRS’s claim that Tom “willfully” failed to file federal income tax returns. Tom refused to file tax returns because the IRS could not show him any law making him liable for ‘filing’ a tax return.

A tax revolt would shut this country down! And end this govt’s control on its citizens

yeah, . . . in the 80s, just before his IRS trial in US District Court, in Portland Oregon, Don Pallet–a big mason–told an audience that, he had “a brother” on his jury, telling us that, there wasn’t really anything to worry about–he’d be all right. And sure enough, . . . “not guilty”, . . . so, . . . But I did want to say, don’t get mixed up in groups, ’cause, when martial law is declared, just like the raided NCBA, those membership lists, e-mail lists, will be most useful–it warn’t pretty.

Does this apply to Revenue Canada? Can I fight not paying income tax here? if so, then how or where can i get more info?

I wish you could have heard the burst of laughter that just exploded upon my reading of your comment.
Yeah, that sure could have stacked the deck.
Or maybe he just chanted “supercalifragisticexpialidocious” at the judge and jury?
Peace, good person.

I did research this more after the show was posted and found out that old Tommy here is a 32 degree freemason, you think that had anything to do with him winning the case?
July 20th, 2009 at 8:22 am
you said it brother.

Excellent. And I hope this fine man understands that he needs to be vigilant for his safety. Nothing will make the crime network who run the IRS/IMF more murderous than exposing their fraudulent theft-mode to the sheeple.

even judges cant change the constitution and other foundational documents they can only interpret / extrapolate on it
July 20th, 2009 at 8:22 am
ben frank said no democracy lasts more than 100years that’s part of why him and others made a constitutional republic cause in a full fledged democracy you can vote away foundation rules rights and laws and who the god is the country honours

There are PLENTY of cases that have been won now, it is gaining momentum. The “employment tax” doesn’t slide and has NO foundation.
July 20th, 2009 at 8:22 am
I just don’t want people to walk into a court room with incorrect information on the subject. You’re argument is with ‘income tax’, but using an ‘employment tax’ rules.
There is a lot of pitfalls that the courts will tear you up on, and ‘only government employees need to pay income taxes’ is a big one, because it isn’t true and your case would be dead using it.

Doesn’t sound like a dispute to me. My whole point is the regular “Joe plumber” isn’t supposed to be required, especially with their bullshit “voluntary compliance”.
July 20th, 2009 at 8:22 am
rarelibra
I have to dispute this, unfortunately. There are two other groups that are liable to pay ‘income taxes’. That is, aliens who come to work in the US and anyone who is invested in a federal privilege.
The employee part is for Subtitle C ‘Employment’ taxes. Which in that case, government employees would be correct.
Income as presented in ‘subtitle A’ includes compensation for ‘employees’, aliens working in the US and profit severed from capitol in a federal privilege.

You are only liable for income taxes if you are a federal employee (civilian gov’t, military, etc). This includes monies from the gov’t, like Social Security and Medicare.

Men like Ben Franklin are hard to find in today’s America. What we have more of in the USA are communist who have NO idea that they are communist.
