Amalia Kesler, 86, was basically robbed of her life estate by a corrupt judge and bankruptcy lawyers working for the remainderman. This footage shows federal marshals seizing her personal belongings and evicting her from her home of 20 years, in Santa Monica.

    Amalia Kessler died on 9/5/08 the Marshals name is Roy Tsuchiyama and the women talking about ,This is America is Lisa Kim both from Central District of California.The remainder man Tatyana Berman at 30 Kingston Ave North Andover Massachusetts.The 2 schools not listed on chapter 7 petition are New England School of Math and Math Circle in New York

    Thank you I’m in the massachussetts legal system now I don’t feel so bad now, I have a misdemeanor for something that a value couldn’t be assesed upon so this shed a bit of light on the intent of them I’ll keep fighting thank you.

    How absolutely disgusting that the people who are put in office to PROTECT us have robbed this woman of her life. This is not attempted murder, this is murder, they must have killed the very soul of that poor woman. Thank God she has friends around her, I don’t doubt that they will take care of her.
