Would you think destroying your child for 6 pills would be proper? She might of sold some weed but 6 pills is not enough to deduct that she was a dealer of X. 6 pills is enough for 2 people to have 1 good trip (4 hours) at 3 each. She had felony charges against her. Each would carry prison time and any felony makes getting work hard to impossible and would ruin her hopes and dreams. 6 pills are worth this?

It was more than a baggie of pot on her SECOND arrest!! She had ecstasy and cocaine on her person- she was selling to school kids- she could have taken the jail time- but took the easy way out to get back to her drug induced lifestyle
