Borger, Texas Police dash cam video showing the arrest of DA Clay Ballman after hitting another vehicle driven by a teenage girl who followed the intoxicated DA while calling 911 until his car came to a stop. The police were forced to break out glass to open the door. Count the number of times the police ask the “Boss” to get out of his car. Is this resisting arrest? Would the police be that patient with an ordinary citizen who pays their salaries through tax dollars?

To be fair, ordinary citizens can’t throw the police in jail just because they’re upset.

The police did nothing wrong, it was the DA who was being a prick.

I never claimed what I did was ok but I didn’t deserve all they did to me. Only time in my life I’d made a mistake like that. But this man has set himself better than the rest of us and the law doesn’t aply to him he comitted 7-9 felony’s at this one time he should be in the pen!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. 8. minter4562 Says:

It all comes down to this it’s not what you know but who you know. Since he committed at least 8-9 felony’s in just this one instance he should be serving time in prison. After all the people he threw the book at he should catch some too. This is a flagrant disrespect for the law and the good people that uphold it. It is a travesty of justice that he get’s away with all he has done and some of the same justice he delt out on others should be delt out on him. And with just as harsh as he would!

All Bar Associations throughout the world are signatories and franchises to the international Bar Association located at the Inns of Court at Crown Temple, which is physically located at Chancery Lane behind Fleet Street in London. Although they vehemently deny it, all Bar Associations in the U.S., such as the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar, or California Bar Association, are franchises to the Crown.

“Who ever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a cowered, who ever can not take care of him self with out this law is both. For a wounded man shall say to his assailant. If I die you are forgiven, but if I live I will kill you. Such is the rule of honor.”

If you threaten someone you are a criminal and you should be barred from living in society.

  15. 15. guitarobsessed85 Says:

Who gives a shit if it’s their superior, cops are supposed to arrest on charges according to state and federal law no matter who the person is. It’s not a tough decision, police cannot have any loyalties except for the law which they uphold. Each person in society is supposed to be equal.

  16. 16. guitarobsessed85 Says:

People threaten each other all the time. A felony conviction bars you from living in society and nearly forces you to be a criminal in order to live. There was no need for that kind of a conviction.

what a hypocrite. he gets to decide pretty much the punishment of someone drinking and driving and he decides to drink and drive himself.

  18. 18. Rserlo Says:

This is rediculous. Is the guy deaf? The police are being SUPER nice to the guy. You know any ordinary citizen would be drug out and hand cuffed. I like his sorry excuse for drinking and driving too. If you are a good cop, you do your job the same no matter who it is. THe law is the law and this guy needs to learn that a D.A. is not above it.

  19. 19. Petro7 Says:

Shut the hell up, I’m sure you weren’t there so don’t talk.

  20. 20. Petro7 Says:

DAs are pretty grimy people. Like that guy on to catch a predator that killed himself. I guess the fact that they are willing to be a DA is a sign that they are messed up.

  21. 21. willratfilms Says:

    Yeah, I don’t know about “YA’LL” also.

  22. 22. blortner Says:

One of the major problems in the formerly great U.S.A. is the lack of education of its citizens.

  23. 23. herecomesclacky Says:

minter4562, you shouldnt have threatened someone. then you wouldnt be on probation and have a fine. if I were the DA, youd be in jail.

  24. 24. minter4562 Says:

That M***** F***** gave me 5 yrs probation and a $5,000 fine for threatening someone. no one was even hurt just threatened and a felony record! He needs to be taken out behind the courthouse and shot the worthless son of a bitch.

  25. 25. ccdvis33 Says:

    sorry Christa.
